Brendan Perry - Senior Partner
Brendan Perry is our Senior Partner and has nearly 50 years of experience in the Law. He qualified as a solicitor in 1970 and is therefore very experienced in all aspects of Private Client work, Wills, Estate Administration, Trusts and Conveyancing.
Brendan now has a consultative role within the Practice. He is widely respected in the wider community in Bath having been a former rugby player for both Bath and Somerset and he is a past President of the Bath Rugby Club.

David Gay - Senior Partner
David Gay is head of our Conveyancing Department and has over 40 years of experience in all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing, leasehold property, transfer of equity, re-mortgages and tenancy agreements. He qualified as a solicitor in 1977 and specialises in Property Law and Probate and is also a Member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Having lived in Bath for most of his life, David has extensive knowledge of the area which is a great asset when dealing with conveyancing matters; particularly to clients moving into the area. His client base is not just in Bath but all over the Country, including London.
Away from the office David maintains his interest in rugby, particularly supporting junior rugby clubs.

Justine Alford - Partner
Justine Alford qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and has since had an extensive amount of experience in her specialised areas of work including Estate Administration, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and some Trust Administration. Justine began her career in London and South East working in private practices and in-house positions covering a wide range of private client work and she joined our Practice in 2014. She is also a Member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE).

Justine lives in the Bath area with her husband and two children. She is an active member of her local community and enjoys gardening and going on long walks with the dog.

On the 1st February 2018, the Ministry of Justice launched the Office of the Public Guardian Fee Refund Scheme to allow partial refunds where the OPG registration fee for Lasting Powers of Attorney was paid between the 1st April 2013 and the 31st March 2017. The scheme was launched because it was found that the registration fee during this period did not properly reflect the costs involved....
